Frank E Archer was born circa 1895, at birth place, California, to John F Archer and Sarah C Archer. In a later case in New York, the Moxie Nerve Food Company won a lawsuit against Modox, which subsequently went out of business. This unique pop was patented as Moxie Nerve Food and claimed to aid digestion and cure things like insomnia and ED.
